JIWOOS provides brand direction, production, and membership-based creative services. All service scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate client agreements or membership contracts. These Terms do not constitute a service agreement.
4. Membership & Payments
Membership plans are billed monthly as described on the Membership page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. JIWOOS reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, visuals, design, and code is the property of JIWOOS Creative House and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Work produced for clients remains subject to the intellectual property terms outlined in the individual client agreement. JIWOOS retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use this Site to transmit harmful, unlawful, or misleading content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; or interfere with the Site's functionality.
